michael laudino

Michael is the visionary founder and managing member of the Laudino Family Office and its affiliated entities, entrusted with the strategic oversight of the family's extensive real estate portfolio and equity investments.

His professional journey commenced as a Corporate attorney at a prominent law firm in Philadelphia. However, in 2008, Michael's enterprising spirit beckoned him towards the world of business, where he assumed a dynamic leadership role, steering an independent wholesale distributor specializing in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industry.

Under his astute ownership and operational guidance, this enterprise achieved remarkable success, culminating in a successful divestiture in early 2022. Leveraging his growth-focused entrepreneurial acumen and a distinguished 12-year track record as a meticulous operations executive, Michael continues to foster expansion while efficiently managing the family office's prized real estate holdings.

Michael holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Delaware, complemented by a juris doctorate from the Seton Hall University School of Law. Currently, he resides in Naples, Florida with his wife and daughter.
